Privacy policy
A clearer view of ChromaGrade and your information.
Draft updated October 17, 2026
Pre-launch draft · Not a release policy
These app disclosures describe a proposed product and have not been validated against a released build. Permissions, SDKs, data flows, retention periods, audience, and legal entity details must be confirmed before this policy is used for Google Play submission.
01Who we are
This draft applies to ChromaGrade, a proposed creative tools app from NovaTech Apps. Contact developer.novatechapps@gmail.com with privacy questions. No production app is available yet. The final policy will identify the responsible legal entity and its address before launch.
02Data collection & permissions
The proposed permission scope is listed below. A permission request does not by itself establish that data is sent off the device. The final policy must specify what is accessed, collected, shared, why it is used, and which processing remains on-device.
- Photos and media: proposed for selecting images to use in a color workspace.
- Camera: confirm whether a live camera color-picker is included in the release.
- Network: confirm any palette sharing, advertising, and diagnostic connections.
03How information is used
The intended purposes are to provide the features you request, save your preferences, and respond to support. Any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, uploads, or cloud processing must be identified in the release policy with their associated data categories and recipients. This draft makes no claim that these services are currently active.
04Third-party SDKs & advertising
Google AdMob and Firebase are under consideration; integration is unconfirmed. If AdMob is included, the release policy must disclose its handling of identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, ad measurement, consent, and personalization choices. If Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics is included, disclose the enabled products, events, device and installation identifiers, crash data, collection controls, and configured retention. SDKs must not receive user media without a separately disclosed feature and appropriate consent.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy, AdMob’s data disclosure guidance, and Firebase’s privacy documentation. The final disclosures must reflect actual SDK configuration.
05Children’s privacy
The intended audience and age restrictions have not yet been finalized. Before release, NovaTech must identify whether ChromaGrade is directed to children, apply the relevant Google Play Families requirements where applicable, and configure SDKs accordingly. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so the concern can be reviewed.
06Data retention & deletion
Final retention periods are pending the release data inventory. The final policy must state periods or meaningful criteria for support correspondence, local files, analytics, crash reports, and advertising data separately. You can remove this browser preview’s preferences by clearing this site’s storage. Deleting an app or clearing local storage does not necessarily delete data held by an SDK provider. For any data NovaTech holds, request review or deletion at developer.novatechapps@gmail.com. Do not send sensitive media with your initial request.
07Your choices & rights
You can control Android permissions, use the device’s advertising privacy controls, and decline optional data collection where offered. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal rights. Send requests to support and identify the app involved. Identity verification may be required using only information necessary to process the request. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
08Security & international processing
Appropriate safeguards and any international processing arrangements must be documented for the release. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. The release policy must identify relevant service providers and transfer safeguards if personal data is processed outside your country.
09Policy changes & contact
We will update this page when the release data practices are finalized and identify the effective date. Material changes should also be communicated in the app where required. Privacy requests: developer.novatechapps@gmail.com. Draft updated October 17, 2026.
