These draft terms describe the proposed use of Cinematic Pro. They will be finalized with the responsible legal entity, applicable jurisdiction, and an effective date before app launch. For the current website, you may browse the information and try the illustrative demos for personal use.

Subject to applicable law and the release terms, NovaTech intends to grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the app. Do not misuse the service, bypass security, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, or use content you are not authorized to process. Statutory rights to interoperability and other non-waivable exceptions remain applicable.

You retain rights to your own content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to open, modify, or share media. NovaTech’s branding, designs, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The browser demo includes original illustrative artwork and synthesized audio.

The apps are not yet live. Previews illustrate design directions and do not promise release dates or every depicted feature. Any advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, renewal terms, cancellation process, or refunds must be disclosed before a transaction and are subject to applicable consumer law and Google Play’s relevant rules.

Please read the Cinematic Pro privacy policy draft. Any third-party services have their own applicable terms. You should review the final app disclosures when a release becomes available.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and concept demos are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury. No unconfirmed liability cap applies in this draft.

We may update the website and previews as products develop. Access may be restricted where necessary to prevent misuse or protect the service. Changes affecting a released app will be communicated as required by applicable law. You can stop using the website at any time.

The legal entity and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before release. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available.
