DnyanVedh is an educational application operated by NovaTech Apps. These Terms and Conditions govern its use. Parents, guardians, and educators should review these terms and supervise children’s use, particularly when accessing or sharing results. A child’s use alone is not treated as independent acceptance of a binding agreement.

DnyanVedh provides supplementary English, Marathi, and mathematics practice through pictures, interactive activities, games, and tests. It does not replace classroom instruction, professional educational assessment, or parental guidance. Scores reflect performance on the questions presented and are not official qualifications, diagnostic assessments, or guarantees of academic improvement. Money illustrations and activities are educational only and do not involve actual payments or funds.

You may use the app for personal, family, and classroom learning. You may save and privately share reports for legitimate educational purposes when authorised to do so. You must not misuse another learner’s information, knowingly present altered reports as authentic results, or commercially redistribute protected app content without the necessary permission. Nothing in these terms restricts rights granted by applicable law.

Rights in the app’s software, text, illustrations, and other materials remain with their respective owners and licensors. Using the app does not transfer ownership of those materials. References to currency, schools, educational concepts, or other organisations do not imply their endorsement of DnyanVedh.

Test results are stored locally as described in the Privacy Policy. They may be lost following storage clearance, uninstallation, device failure, backup changes, or incompatible installations. Keep an exported copy of reports you need to retain. You are responsible for controlling access on shared devices and sharing learner information only with authorised recipients.

Core learning activities operate offline after installation. Android backup, report sharing, and selected storage or messaging services may depend on third-party services or connectivity. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. The current version does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payment collection; any future paid features will require separate pricing and purchase disclosures.

We aim to provide useful educational content, but errors in wording, illustrations, answers, calculations, or software may occur. Please report concerns to developer.novatechapps@gmail.com, identifying the activity or question without unnecessarily including a child’s personal information. Features and compatibility may change through updates, and uninterrupted availability or particular learning outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using or uninstall DnyanVedh at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through an updated effective date and any additional notice required by applicable law.
